At Amalya Skincare, we offer reliable UK delivery starting from £3.95, with rates based on order weight. Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days, or 3–5 days during peak seasons like Mother’s Day, Christmas, and Bank Holidays.

Need it sooner? Choose Express Shipping at checkout and place your order by 2:00 PM for same-day dispatch via Next Day delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

  • Returns must be in original, sealed packaging.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

  • No exchanges or refunds for general dissatisfaction.

Faulty Product Policy

In the rare event of a faulty item, contact us within 7 days. We may request a photo before confirming return eligibility.
If approved, we’ll refund the item along with standard second-class postage.

Note: Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage are not eligible for a refund.
